I do not want you to be caught unawares my beloved,

For my coming will be like a thief in the night.

So I have warned you to be awake with oil burning

In your lamp at this late hour.

I will keep you from the hour that is to try the whole earth.

As I have said I will keep my faithful ones,

So be faithful burning with the testimony of my love.

Be faithful burning with my heart daughter, my heart.

Be faithful when all around you are faithless.

Be faithful when the sword comes in your household to divide.

For I said I would divide mother, brothers, and family.

Be faithful in the night watch,

Waiting and longing for my return, your bridegrooms return.

For I shall return! My word never returns void to me.

I have said I will return; I surely will return.

Still it is day light and you must work until the night comes,

The night when no man can work.

But until then be faithful so that when your Lord comes

You will be about His business.

Be faithful and I will give you a crown of life,

For all those who believe and receive Me.

Although they have not seen Me,

I will surely reward them.

So be faithful my love! Be faithful!

Let no man steal your crown!

Be faithful!
