I have been seeking the Lord for His will the past days especially during the Shabbat rest. As a sevant of the Lord one cannot do anything but wait on Him until He gives us instruction regarding His will. In our culture and day this takes a tremendous amount of discipline to deny the tyranny of the urgent pressings and needs so that we might enter into the rest of the Lord that is His forordained works from the foundations of the earth.
He gave me Psalm 90 which I have included below.
Psalm 90
A PRAYER OF MOSES THE MAN OF GOD.
1 Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
3 Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
5 Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
6 In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
7 For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
8 Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
9 For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
11 Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
13 Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
14 O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
15 Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
16 Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
17 And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
As I continued to seek Him and fellowship with a couple of "watchman" we realized that the Lord was speaking a reoccuring theme. Jack said the Lord gave him the following pithy riddle:
"Time is up.
But there is time.
But there is no time."
Well what does that mean? Is this a provocative statement to seek the Lord to measure how we spend our time? I think perhaps.
Katherine in seeking the Lord was before His throne. He said put out your hands and he handed her a golden ruler and a golden hour glass. She knew it was to measure time. He asked her, "How much time would I ask for?"
She replied, "Your will be done. Time for the children to be rescued. Time for the children to be saved for we are all your children."
The Lord then replied to her, "Let it be accoring to your word. He then
stamped the word with a rubber stamp."
Then He said, "Put out your hand again." He showed me gold in my hands. I had so much gold I couldn't contain it. I couldn't fill up all the bags there was so much gold.
As I am mediatating on these things the Lord prompts me to go again to watch a DVD entitle Daniel's Time line. If you are interested you can find it here:
http://www.danielstimeline.com/
It is a revelation a gentleman had regarding the feasts of the Lord, the celestial signs in heavens, and the Holy Scriptures as foretold centrally in the book of Daniel regarding the unfolding of the last days events.
Do you know what time it is? Psalm 90
16 Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
17 And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
Be blessed in His love and rest,
