Woe to those who call evil
good, and good evil;
Who put darkness for light,
and light for darkness;
Who put bitter for sweet, and
sweet for bitter!
Woe to those who are
wise in their own eyes,
And prudent in their own sight!
Isaiah 5:20-21
He looked for justice, but behold,
oppression;
For righteousness, but behold,
a cry for help.
Woe to those who join house to
house;
They add field to field,
Till there is no place
Where they may dwell alone in
the midst of the land!
In my hearing the
Lord of hosts said,
“Truly, many houses shall be
desolate,
Great and beautiful ones,
without inhabitant.
IS 5:7b-9
O My people! Those who lead you
cause you to err,
And destroy the way of your
paths.”
The
Lord stands up to plead,
And stands to judge the people.
The
Lord will enter into
judgment
With the elders of His people
And His princes:
“For you have eaten up the
vineyard;
The plunder of the poor is
in your houses.
What do you mean by crushing
My people
And grinding the faces of the
poor?”
Says the Lord GOD of hosts.
Is:3-12b-15
“Wash yourselves, make
yourselves clean;
Put away the evil of your
doings from before My eyes.
Cease to do evil,
Learn to do good;
Seek justice,
Rebuke the oppressor;
Defend the fatherless,
Plead for the widow.
Is1:16-17
Enter
into the rock, and hide in the dust,
From the terror of the
Lord
And the glory of His majesty.
The lofty looks of man shall
be humbled,
The haughtiness of men shall
be bowed down,
And the
Lord alone shall be
exalted in that day.
For the day of the
Lord of hosts
Shall come upon
everything proud and lofty,
Upon everything lifted up—
And it shall be brought low—
Is2:10-12
The loftiness of man shall be
bowed down,
And the haughtiness of men
shall be brought low;
The
Lord alone will be exalted
in that day,
But the idols He shall utterly
abolish.
They shall go into the holes
of the rocks,
And into the caves of the
earth,
From the terror of the
Lord
And the glory of His majesty,
When He arises to shake the
earth mightily.
In that day a man will cast away
his idols of silver
And his idols of gold,
Which they made, each
for himself to worship,
To the moles and bats,
To go into the clefts of the
rocks,
And into the crags of the
rugged rocks,
From the terror of the
Lord
And the glory of His majesty,
When He arises to shake the
earth mightily.
Is2:18-21
Then
the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty,
and every slave and every free man hid in caves and among the rocks of
the mountains. They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us
and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the
wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who
can stand?”
Rev
6:15-16
“Say to the righteous that it
shall be well with them,
For they shall eat the fruit
of their doings.
Woe to the wicked! It shall
be ill with him,
For the reward of his hands
shall be given him.
Is3:10-11
He looked for justice, but behold,
oppression;
For righteousness, but behold,
a cry for help.
Is5:7b
People shall be brought down,
Each man shall be humbled,
And the eyes of the lofty
shall be humbled.
But the
Lord of hosts shall be
exalted in judgment,
And God who is holy shall be
hallowed in righteousness.
Is 5:15-16
He will lift up a banner to the
nations from afar,
And will whistle to them from
the end of the earth;
Surely they shall come with
speed, swiftly.
Is5:26
Whose arrows are sharp,
And all their bows bent;
Their horses’ hooves will seem
like flint,
And their wheels like a
whirlwind.
Their roaring will be
like a lion,
They will roar like young
lions;
Yes, they will roar
And lay hold of the prey;
They will carry it away
safely,
And no one will deliver.
In that day they will roar
against them
Like the roaring of the sea.
Is5:28-30a
Surely the Lord GOD does nothing,
Unless He reveals His secret
to His servants the prophets.
A lion has roared!
Who will not fear?
The Lord GOD has spoken!
Who can but prophesy?
Amos 3: 7 & 8
He was clothed with a robe
dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies
in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white
horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should
strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He
Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:
KING OF KINGS AND
LORD OF
LORDS.
Rev 19:13-16
Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam,
prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with
ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment on all, to convict all
who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have
committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly
sinners have spoken against Him.”
Jude 14 & 15
I saw the Lord of
Hosts prancing over Jerusalem on His white charger sword and spear in
hand. His charger reared up as he transformed into a great lion full of
glory roaring over the city.
Even so maranatha Lord!
In Yeshua’s love,
